Ted Kokkoris brings 20 years of executive level real estate experience where he was the Co-Founder and Principal of Modern Spaces. Having built the company to over 100 agents across multiple offices in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Jersey City and Long Island, Ted’s leadership and vision helped change the landscape and skyline of some of NYCs most recognized neighborhoods. Under his direct guidance, the company has sold over $7 Billion in residential and commercial real estate, and has marketed some of the largest and most prestigious buildings in NYC including Skyline Tower in Long Island City. 

Ted now brings his expertise to the Commercial and Investment Sales division of the company, where he will assist the team that continues to be a leader in Long Island City, Astoria and surrounding neighborhoods.

Prior to his real estate career, Ted spent over 10 years as an Equity and Fixed Income Analyst at Thomson Financial and Ilios Group, working directly on financial reporting for Nike, Proctor & Gamble and several Japanese pharmaceutical companies. 

Ted lives in Demarest, NJ with his wife Vasso and teenage boys, Teddy & Michael.
