Evan Daniel joined Modern Spaces in 2014 as the Executive Vice President and Founder of the Commercial & Investment Property Group. In this role, he oversees all investment sales operations for the company, including the sales of multi-family, retail, commercial, and development properties. The division also directs retail and commercial leasing as well as property management.

Before joining the firm, Evan was a Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, exclusively covering the Long Island City and Astoria markets. To date, he has advised both private and institutional owners on positioning their assets and provided valuation services on more than 2,000 properties. With over two decades of experience, Evan has successfully closed over $1 Billion in commercial transactions.

Outside of his professional life, Evan has dedicated more than 20 years to youth sports, currently coaching high school and middle school boys’ basketball in NY and serving as the Athletic Director for a prominent summer camp in Pennsylvania. In addition, he co-hosts a weekly NFL show during football season and is well known in the sports analytics community. Evan received a bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University and a post-graduate certificate in Management Analytics from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
